Love this small town bank . I'm from a big city and banks do not greet you at the door by your name . This bank does makes you feel welcome and know your money is safe .
I give 3 stars to this branch location only for two reasons - Renasant as a whole is a very good bank and one of the employees (Jordan) is very friendly and helpful. However, I would recommend driving 20 minutes up the road to the Johnson City location. Everyone in Johnson City is very helpful, solution oriented and overall good at their job and balancing customer needs/account history. I can not say the same for the Jonesborough location. They will simply say "it's in the handbook" and dismiss you, which is quite frustratin... read more
Told them about fraudulent charges and Shannon in Jonesborough told me, "sorry" and offered no help. Contacted another branch that attempted to dispute the charges and after 9 days was told they believe I made those charges although I have emails proving I was hacked. Again, Shannon was very rude and unprofessional. Ended up getting a refund in 24hrs from Sony after waiting 2 weeks for help from this bank.
