I recommend not using this bank. I replied by accident clicking the wrong thing about fraudulent charges and now they will not even open my case back up. Knowing these charges are from out of state I am out of $351.99 because of Renasant bank. Please do not bank with them if you want your money to be safe. I will be closing my account after being a customer since 1997.
Dana was great. She helped us with our elderly dad. He needed to add my brother to his account. She was extremely sweet and patient with him.
Don’t do it, their banking is still left in the 1970’s. I received the wrong information from the call center & their response was call the branch to make it right. The call center manager ReShonda decided to get real snazzy when I made valid points on why I shouldn’t have to waste my time calling around due to misinformation given to me by her call center employees. I’m running quickly, because their system & practices are super outdated.
