Another criminal enterprise charging 450 for the ATM

Very friendly and professional. They know me name when I walk in every time.
2 stars because the people that work there are nice. My husband and I both had savings accounts at this bank. They send out lots of paper mail which we don’t look at. I finally opened one this year and apparently they have been taking out $30 dollars in fees for the last few years (maintenance and inactivity fees). We tried to transfer the money to another bank or account and could not find a way to do so and ended up having to transfer it into a stock market account. We haven’t had this with any other bank. Their Loan policies are really embarrassing, with the final say being done at their Home Offices in Mississippi ones local history and loyalty is thrown out the window. Therefore I rate Renasant Bank as a low 2. This is a review of their Loan Policies, the folks at the branch, tellers, manager, and such are quite nice and efficient. The Loan Officer is a 'fill a seat' person with little or no sway, the decision's are made out of town and embarrass the bank.
