Save yourself and use a different bank. The started assessing a fee on my business account without properly notifying me. An account that was set up under the pretense of having no fee.

Found this branch's customer service to be fair at best . The real problem lies within Renasant's managers. They are obtuse to taking ownership of any problems by sweeping everything under the carpet. 'Problem solved.' The real damaging part is they have no moral compass which shows up in their lack of credibility. Too many other reputable banks (and credit unions) to choose from in the area to be wasting your time here.
