Atm malfunctioned and ate card. Teller stated that their atm does not accept non Renasant Bank cards. Beware. Also, the teller stated she could not retrieve the card. Simply said the card may get shredded but could not confirm if it did.
Steer far away from this bank. Overdraft fees galore. Up to 5 in one day is allowed. The staff could care less about you and your family and what your situation might be. All they care about is making money. I highly suggest Bank of America or members first credit union. Please do yourself a favor and protect your self and DO NOT open an account with this bank. If you must, definitely go to the kennesaw branch. At least they try to help and are nice. Customer service is horrible with this bank.
