The customer service and staff are very friendly and professional! I worked with Paige K. who was very knowledgeable about assisted living/ skilled nursing overall and was extremely helpful to me understanding all my options for the care of my parents. She was OUTSTANDING!!!
Asher Point (used to be Renaissance) has been a home for my brother for the past 3 years. He has flourished there; however, he now needs assisted living which isn't available at this facility. He has enjoyed the people with whom he associates. The staff have been very accommodating to his needs as much as they could be. This is a fabulous community with amazing people as well as staff!!!! It feels like home the minute we stepped through the doors. Very warm and welcoming.
I love her she nice
Building looks well cared for and the front desk person was very customer oriented. The person I visited seemed very happy with the assisted living center which made me happy.
