I have never been to a cleaner or more friendly facility than Renaissance. My husband and I are so happy that we were able to find this place for his Mom. She absolutely loves it there. It’s like all the residents are family. It’s not like some big homes where no one knows your name. The closeness of everyone there is simply heart warming. Staff is presenting a positive information but some where the wound care team has fallen short. Also there has been petty theft personal property it has been reported several times but it still happens but most of all administration feels like they don’t have to return calls purely unprofessionalizem.
