My experience at Fox Valley has been outstanding. I made an appointment for a consult with the team for varicose veins I had in both legs. A comprehensive plan was put together along with a workable time frame and cost structure. To date, I have been pleased with the results. I am impressed with the team how they make sure they keep you informed every step of the way so you know what to expect. They really make me feel I made the right choice in choosing them for this procedure!
Honestly, please read reviews that are written. I didnt take the time. Take this review seriously. Prior to Christmas, I had an consultation for Weightloss, and I met with a Nurse Practioner ( wont embarrass by calling her name) and she was stale as an hard pièce of bread left out for a month. Nothing about her was warm, friendly, inviting, or comfortable. Anyway fast forward, I ordered the Weightloss medication. It was about 15 years ago that I had services at Renaissance. I have two scars on my face: one on my upper lip and one beside my nose. I believe I had filler injected. When they injected the area of my upper lip I heard my skin pop when the needle went in. It bled and I still have a scar on the edge of my lip. And I never saw a doctor—maybe it was a nurse (or the receptionist). I sent them pictures and they did absolutely nothing about it. I’d be scared to go there again.
