I just got home from a shop, I tried the new protein bar I bought and took one bite. 30 seconds later I threw up my spaghetti dinner and the entire contents of my stomach. I didn’t even know the body could reject food that fast, it must have been beyond the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I pulled the wrapper out of the bin to discover it was 2 months out of date. There is a bare minimum requirement for a supermarket, let’s meet it please. I hope my body has saved me from a night of hell.
