I worked with Renaissance Financial for 10 years in which time we were sold 2 very expensive insurance policies. We were paying $150 a month for a Variable Universal Life policy. Last year after months of digging and asking questions (and with the help of someone else in the industry who told us by name what documents to request) I was able to obtain the “In Force Ledger” which showed we were paying $74 a month in fees out of the $150. Stay away. Completely unprofessional. They hire new grads, and then promptly fire them before their first performance review. Stay far away from them. Who fires someone out of college for doing absolutely nothing wrong?
