Upper Management is the good ole boys club. VP of Support is work from home down in Texas when corporate office is in Lisle IL. He brings in his old work buddy as a contractor to "assist" with streamlining support while "working from home in Texas". The support department is staffed 24/7 365 had a staffing of 16 that number is know at 8 and the client are leaving at an alarming rate. I guess he is streamlining the department. Less clients you don't need as big of support staff.

Miserable place. Management is more focused on making your life difficult than supporting you. Reporting any issues will likely make you a target.

My company provided security services to their Alliance locations and they refuse to pay invoices. Will have to sue to recover payment. They won’t answer phone calls or emails.

Most toxic unprofessional office environment I've ever worked. Management has very little to no true management experience. The turn over employee rate is extremely high. I mean one day you're talking to a work colleague, and the next day they're gone, out of no where you never hear from them again. If you hard up for cash they're so many more great companies with decent work environments that you can work for.
