I would give zero stars if I could. I urge you to avoid this company as they are scammers. Last year we booked the afternoon tea train experience for 3 of our care homes and they didn't show up, using lack of drivers as an excuse. After many complaints, Richard the director of the company, emailed and said he would refund the money, which never happened and now is ignoring all emails. Absolutely disgusting to scam care home residents. It seems we are not the ones too, sadly.
Avoid this company they are scammers. The scammed money out of old age pensioners. Our Care Home booked the train experience and paid a large deposit. They never turned up on the day. Eventually after many emails Richard the director of the company emailed and said he would refund the money, which never happened and now is ignoring all emails. Disgusting scamming money from Care Home residents!!!
