I had booked these guys for moving on April 29th from NSW to Victoria. In the lead up there was clear communication a plan. On the 26th April I was advised by text message that I would receive confirmation of pick up time the evening before. On the 28th I received a text message stating that my move could not be completed as the truck had broken down. Excellent service! We had a very large and heavy dining table to move from Melbourne to country NSW. And of course needed the table in time for Christmas. It was super easy to make the booking in time, the cost was very reasonable for the distance of the move and the service was second to none. Nella seemed to be available all day everyday.
