Called to check on an order that I hadn't received for one month, sale person could not find the order, called me a winer. Spoke to manager who finally told me it was on back order. When I mentioned the winer comment by salesman he said, well if we get crap we give it back. At no point were they given crap by me, just wanted to know where my order was. I recommend ordering via the Internet through any other company! I'd rather have no customer service than that kind of customer service.
Good customer service they helped me get the best items for my new gmade sawback which they built for me . They done a top quality job on it in a short time
