My parents, Sharon and Marc, were stranded in Quebec, approximately 300km from home. Their car was disabled and they needed to get the vehicle home to an Ottawa dealership. They contacted CAA, and were told that getting a tow directly to Ottawa wouldn’t be possible as Quebec tow trucks did not crossover into Ontario. Great service. Arrived in 10 minutes. Gave me good advice, and recommendation for the future. I'm here on vacation, from my home, in Florida. 2,500km from home. Nobody around to help. They made me finally feel at ease. Magnificent.

There can not be enough stars to give to this company. Friendly, kind and compassionate, as well as responsive. Oliver greeted us with the biggest smile and drove us to where we needed to go. While we were waiting at his shop, every employee greeted us with the biggest smile and warm welcome. I highly recommend this company. We even put a note in the air bnb because they are just so wonderful.

I ran out of gas in a really bad spot with my 6 years old daughter on the highway with people driving very fast. They did a really good job and fast. They even called the police ahead of time to make it safe. They even had an electric car to make it. Thank you again.

My family was stuck. Stranded. A broken down car and trying to get home to New Hampshire. Oliver (the owner) came to the shop (after hours) and was our savior. He took the lead, called in favors, transported us to/from a hotel and ultimately got us home...with car in tow. There is way too many details to this story to clog up a Google Review and so many examples of Oliver going above & beyond to keep my family safe (including stopping to get us breakfast).
