I tried visiting this place three times in the last two weeks and either they’re closing early. They don’t know when they’re closing or what do you want really poor customer service I never made it to the place.
Superior customer service and pricing. My experiences with other online retailers like Katom and Webrestaurant lack the service and dependability Remo offers. I would much rather support a locally owned family business than a big box online marketplace. If you need new, used, or scratch and dent equipment, smallwares, paper products, or most importantly service, REMO does it all.
I was having trouble with my existing equipment for my restaurant. I spent a ton of time online trying to find the right replacement unit, which I ordered. When it arrived, it was dented and didn't get cold. I had to return this item and it was a huge pain. I then found REMO Equipment, which had the same exact unit in stock. They delivered, set in place, and installed this brand new unit for the same price I paid online. I've been buying equipment from them for almost 15 years. Whether I was looking for one small thing, or needing repairs, or help with warranties, every single person at Remo is extremely helpful and friendly. It's obvious that their attitude towards customer service is their company culture. To put it simply, they will respect and take care of you, whether you are a big spender, or just starting out. And they service equipment and sell used/ scratch and dent. Don't sleep on an awesome local company!
