I was trying to handle this from the road while running loads past I-40 and Coors and still checking on family near the West Side, and Remnant seriously made a brutal situation so much easier with fast updates, no weird runaround, fair pricing, and a cleanup job that was way more thorough than I expected, like they showed up ready, treated the place with real respect, and got it back in shape without adding more stress, which was huge for us.
