Not only did I put a camera in my mother’s room because I was highly disappointed in the care she got, but I have some concerns and then they send my mother home when she is not even ready to go home after missing six appointments with PT when they didn’t even start her for a week and a half after she’d been there, please find another facility for your loved one
I would to give the activity director Debora a compliment, she is the best she works very hard she loves what she does and she does it well, on a bad day she brings me sunlight Bailey my therapist very sweet and patient she is very good she has really help me to get back to the point where i can assist myself, Martina she is very helpful and sweet
I am extremely upset with the lack of accountability at Remington Care Facility. After my family previously raised concerns, the facility asked us to email them. I did and never received a response. Now something even more serious has occurred. Today, my grandpa Ronald, who is in rehab after multiple strokes and is paralyzed on his left side, was made to return to his room alone in his wheelchair after rehab. My husband has been there a couple of times and this last time he wax suppose to get therapy and he most of the time he stayed in bed. I told them he was a fall risk and there answer to that was we’ll lower the bed for him. It’s gone down hill and when I’ve called to talk to someone in charge I couldn’t get a hold of them or even when I went to the facility same thing.
