Yesterday my husband and I went into the Remington Outpost to buy a western shirt for a shooting competition. The young lady that waited on us was nice but her boobs were hanging out of her shirt. Her bra was black with lace on it. She also stated that all men just come in there to flirt with the women. I was very discussed. I want be back in your store. It was on July 23rd, 2022 at around 2pm. Also did not give us a receipt.

Don’t bring a hat there to get reshaped or cleaned. Took weeks longer than expected and I never got a call to come pick it up. The hat is no where near the shape I asked and it’s very uneven. They also lost my hat band and didn’t offer to replace it, but to give me a discount to buy another. Very unhappy. The ladies are amazing in there, they have a great selection of all things western, but this experience has turned me off from shopping there in the future.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and ADA friendly. The merchandise is amazing!!! Very well crafted, authentic, and my favorite - 100% 🇺🇸 USA ❤️! Loads of beautiful items to choose from. Definitely recommend!

These people are so friendly and naturally nice to everyone. It is refreshing to meet such good people with no agenda but to treat you with respect and dignity. They have a great selection of Charlie1Horse hats which I just love. I bought the Cavalry. I just love it here. It’s the only place I take my Tony Lama boots for service. Love, Em
Remington Outpost is a great store with plenty to choose from and unbelievable customer service!! It was very refreshing to shop somewhere that genuinely cared about finding you the right boot selection, I would definitely call them connoisseurs of their craft, Thank you ladies!!
