Would not recommend. Love one there and not given meds when due by Dr. orders. Not being turned when bed ridden. Understaffed most days. Does not get the care you pay for. Director will not return calls. Always in a meeting or not there. Have tried reaching multiple times with always the same story. Not available. Will make all kinds of promises before your Loved one moves there. Once moved in it was just words that obviously didn't happen.
I toured the Retreat looking for a place for my father. My experience was informative and enlightening. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and personable. I talked to current tenants and they all gave glowing feedback on their experience and living situation. The Management staff was professional and gave me good advice on my dad’s living arrangements. This place is the worst . If you care about your mommy and daddy …. DONT LET THEM GO THERE!!!!
