Remember Me has incredible staff! The food always smells amazing and the community is kept so clean! Lauryn does a fantastic job running everything and their maintenance staff makes the community look in tip top shape! I never have had not one bad interaction with any staff!
We love this place. From day one, the entire team has cared for mom so well! Even in difficult circumstances so many of the staff work to know and understand mom and help her be her best self.
Remember Me has been our mother’s new residence for the past six months, and she absolutely loves it. She has met many kind and receptive residents, and they seem to have such wonderful bonding, delighting in sharing time together. We have been very pleased with the quality of care and the attention to detail that Mother has received. The individual staff members are great. However, they advertise that they are specialists in Alzheimers patients, we didn't find this to be the case. They are horribly understaffed and can't attend to all of their patients. We told them prior to entering that my father is in moderate dementia and they assured us they could provide the care they advertise. Their pharmaceutical staff dropped the ball big time and had his meds screwed up, and he was declining rapidly. It was due to prescribing the wrong meds. We had to get him ... read more
