I’ve been a client for 3-4 years, but recently I’ve had a very poor experience. For two weeks, I’ve called, left voicemails, and sent messages with no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for tax-related services. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
I left my tax papers with him and told him I would come back with one more document. I didn’t finish the process. When I returned and asked for my papers back, he charged me $100, even though he never asked about my expenses or anything, because I had told him I’d be back.
Very professional and organized. The whole process felt smooth and comfortable, and you can tell they really care about how they run their business. Everything was explained clearly and done efficiently.
