Item was received in a damaged condition, the damage did not occur during shipping. Remedy Liquor's knowingly sent out goods that were already damaged. The damage to the boxes and labels was not a result of the shipping process. The box was compromised by Remedy Liquor's and its staff, and it was sold to an unaware customer under misleading circumstances. I placed an order on May 13th, received order confirmation the same day, the next day FedEx tracking and today (May 19th) I received the goods. I will buy here again. Very professional and fast. I found the price to be reasonable.
I placed an order with this company for a special client and we asked for a note to be included in the shipping. Our client did not receive the note to know who this gift was from. I spoke to manager Harry, and he checked with the shipping department and he admitted his mistake but he failed to take further for this inexcusable mistake! Never will do business again.
