If anyone in Raleigh is looking for a good massage, I would highly recommend my girl Lindsey at Remedy Massage. Not only does she help loosen me up every couple of months, but she gives me advice to stay loose between visits and today when I told her that I'd sprained my ankle, she taped it up for me. She definitely goes above and beyond.

Best Raleigh Massage! I started seeing Lyndsey Anderson at Remedy Massage for my intense lower back pain, and I finally am pain free. I'd had a pain in my neck/shoulder for months. In one massage (albeit a "made-me-cry" massage), the pain was totally gone. I wish I'd gone in months before!
