Sara at Remedial Therapy in Morley is absolutely exceptional. She's incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and intuitive. I always book the 1.5-hour remedial massage, and Sara systematically works out all the knots and tension without using painful techniques – her slow, deep stretches are incredibly effective. Sara is very good if you are looking for medical therapy. She recommended Dry needling and it is just as good as massage. Also her massage is very methodical and I can tell she is targeting specific muscles and not just sliding up and down.
Sara knows exactly what she's doing and has a variety of tools (needling, cupping, hot stones) to target problem areas. Combining those with deep tissue work, myofascial work and essential oils makes for a fantastic healing experience.
I had the best massage ever, Sara is so friendly and professional. Will definitely go again!
