I have been now coming to Kate and Stuart for nearly 2 years, over that period of time they have worked on me and i have regained mobility in my body which i didn't have for a long time. Their knowledge is second to none and they are such great people. I recommend any one to go see these brilliant two!
Had my first consultation with Stuart after deciding to try this place for my consistent tension headaches. And what a personalised, incredible experience! Stuart took the time to get to know what was going on with me, did a body analysis to pinpoint postural challenges, and then did a whole trigger point massage that felt like he knew exactly what needed to be done to help my headaches. Kate and Stuart are the best in the business! After years of going to several physio & massage therapists and always only getting temporary relief, I am very glad I found them. They find the core of the problem, address it and make you understand how to manage it so you don't have to keep coming back forever! It's a long trip for me to go see them but absolutely worth it. I’ve never met such caring and genuine people who care about fixing a problem! Stuart and Kate have been wonderful, diagnosing the true source of the problem and fixing it for long term success. My posture has never been as good as it is as well as no more consistent pain and tension in my neck! I am always highly recommending a visit to Stuart and Kate to everyone who has pain and haven’t been able to find relief from other practitioners!
