Rachel at Remedial Rescue is an extremely talented therapist. The first time I went to her was to get her to help me touch my toes which I’d never been able to do - until the end of my first session with her. Lately she has been treating me after 2 really difficult hip replacements and I don’t think I could have recovered this well without her. She really can work miracles.
I don’t remember the last time my calf wasn’t so sore—it had just become the new normal for me. Rachel helped me get rid of the tight calf and pain I’d had for months. It took a few sessions because I’d let it go on for too long, but I definitely recommend her. She knows a lot and is very thorough. DO NOT WAIT ANOTHER SECOND.If you are in pain book in!
Wow Rachel did such an incredible job on my sore gym body! I usually don’t like remedial therapy as it hurts too much but Rachel’s skill and experience made me feel comfortable and provided me wonderful pain relief. Thank you Rachel! Highly recommend these services!!
Rachel is brilliant! She is a wealth of knowledge and utilises her broad range of skills to assess and treat my niggles, allowing me to continue training.
Rachel has been fantastic at helping me recover from an injury. I started with a physio but if you want results, hands-on treatment and immediate relief go see Rachel instead. She genuinely cares and will do all she can to treat the injury or condition. I don’t bother with physios anymore.
