Rachel is very knowledgeable and excels at her craft. She has worked on my lower back troubles for a couple of times and always relieves the pain in a single visit. I will be seeing her on regular basis from now on to keep me aligned. Wonderful person.

This is my new remedial therapist. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated to uncovering the root causes of my muscle pain. Her expertise and strength were evident, and I plan to return. Highly recommended!
I’ve seen Rachel multiple times and will continue to do so. With little progress after weeks of chiro treatment, Rachel completed a focused treatment on the problem area which was spot on and provided relief almost immediately. I was also given take away exercises to assist with issue management to increase the durations between visits which was greatly appreciated.
Rachel provided a really complete massage which included cupping and dry needling. She really understood my areas of concern and treated me with great care, I left feeling much better and I have gotten much better movement and less pain since having treatment. I would 100% recommend her services for sports injuries and spinal/back and nerve related problems.
