Recently started getting some massage sessions from Petina. I’ve had a few injuries over the past few years, FAI hip impingement, rotator cuff issues, bulging disks in my neck and balance and nervous system issues as of a recent injury. She’s experienced and has been great and finds the spots and relates to what else it’s linked to. Also takes a lot of interest in what she does which I find is hard to find in practitioners these days.

She could tell exactly where I was holding alot of my tension and knew exactly where to apply pressure.
