Kate is an amazing and skilled body worker and pregnancy/post partum support. I saw her multiple times while pregnant for a massage and breath work and then again post partum at home for massage and birth debrief. She also gave me a meditation recording for cultivating safety in the body and generally goes above and beyond to support and check in with those she works with. I had a postpartum massage from Kate a week or two after giving birth and it was incredible! She went above and beyond what I expected, brought a meal and herbs, a foot bath which was blissful, and guided me through various meditations during her process which felt completely natural and really helped me emotionally connect to myself. The massage was firm yet smooth and relaxing, and I love that she was able to come to my house and work around my newborn’s needs as well. Absolutely recommend this wonderful woman!
