I have been a frequent customer for years, recent service received has been very unprofessional to say the least.

Cannot recommend this business. Popped in yesterday and the person behind the counter did not acknowledge me until prompted. He was busy going through the eftpos receipts. He grudgingly let me have a look inside one of the vacant rooms. I felt that my potential business was not valuable at all and that my presence was an interruption. Did not book and am going elsewhere for a more welcoming environment. First impressions count.
