I have been seeing Tess for the last couple years now. I would highly recommend this clinic especially Tess. She's very caring and expert with sciatic nerve pain for women, her massage techniques resolved my pain. I am confident with Tess for multiple works on my lower back and shoulder pain too.

After diagnosis, she took me through each specific type of exercise, showing me step by step how to strengthen the muscle and conditioning it. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the treatment and highly recommend to anyone.
I've seen Tess for a few years now and couldn't recommend her more. Whether it's an injury or if i'm feeling particularly tense from sitting at a desk all day, I always leave feeling incredible. She's also super friendly and great to talk to!
