I had the experience of receiving customer service from Patti H. I wasn’t able to retrieve my old purchases because I was no longer at the work email address I used to sign up. First, Patti started sending my files in a Dropbox. Then she set it up so I could repurchase the same items using a coupon code with a different email address. I must have had over 50 files and over $600 in purchases. All was not lost. Thank you, Patti so much for ALL OF YOUR HELP AND PATIENCE.
