They have scammed me and ran off. I paid for my laser sessions in advance just to find out that they have been evicted. Their contact number and email doesn't work either, what a bunch of scammers! I will be reporting them to my bank and to the police as well. To everyone who has also given money in advance contact your bank guys and report them as long as you paid from card and you can also report them to action fraud too. As you can see from the reviews, paid £1200 upfront for full package, they told me needs to be paid in full in advance, had two sessions, went for a third, saw the eviction note, I cant belived I have been scammed
As others have mentioned… I block paid for multiple sessions and turned up to the building to realise they were no longer in the property- notices in the window from estate agents. No correspondence from business regarding refund despite it being almost a week and me trying to contact them countless times. Really disappointing :(
I had an appointment booked for my 3rd session of hair removal and arrived at the clinic and found this eviction notice. I have tried several times to call and emailed both email addresses I could find with no success. I have been asked to pay half on my patch day and then the rest in my first appointment. I wish I hadn’t pay in advance, we all have been scammed by this company. I can’t believe this can still happen in 2024… I will be taking legal action to receive a refund of what I paid.
