My wife and I got married in 2003. Rembrandt added extra on our bill to have our taped wedding copied to DVD. In 2008 my wife called them to see about getting the taping put on DVD and they told her she waited too long and it would cost more (which there was no stipulation in the contract stating this). She went ahead and sent them more and we never heard from them again. People being screwed by this company should band together with a lawyer and sue them all at once. This is the worst photo company I've ever heard of!
For a long time, I used to work at Rembrandt Studios Chicago in sales and other promotions. I can state from personal experience that they are a terrible company – one of the WORST photography studios in the Chicagoland area. I strongly advice potential customers to avoid them. A lot of their key employees seemingly come and go as they please, and show up to work two hours after they’re normally expected.
