The management company exploits people that are less fortunate, does not make timely repair (if they repair at all) and go as far as threatening tenants after breaking the tenants window and saying "you can't prove it" and if you short the rent to repair it "I'll throw you and your kids out without a 30day notice" ..you can't violate the rights of tenants in this horrid manner. Absolutely the worst management around.
