I witnessed one of their drivers driving like an absolute maniac in Waltham on 128 north a week ago on a Friday. I called the company to complain but there was no answer. A person needed an access code to get through. I did not have one. I filed a complaint on their website hoping someone would reach out and respond. No luck. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who values their life. I would not book a ride with them if they paid me to book it.

Van with license plate #: 85684 driving very aggressively in Lexington MA on August 28, 2025. Illegally crossed a double line into incoming traffic to pass me, almost drove me off the road.

This morning while driving on Boylston Street Chestnut Hill, I encountered a concerning incident involving a driver of a G.E.M vehicle #203. The driver was behaving erratically, initially watching me through the side mirror, then repeatedly switching lanes in an unsafe manner. Approximately 5 minutes later, the driver positioned the vehicle in front of me, straddling 2 lanes, and began braking aggressively for no apparent reason. Truck 198 had been parked in front of my house all day Wednesday, moved to my neighbos yesterday and is back In Front of my house today. Do they actually work? I just want to be able to park in front of my own home.

This morning at about 5:05 am, I encounter a REM van going over the Tobin Bridge truck #170. They were going excessively fast and weaving in and out of lanes. Would not trust them with anyone based on what I observed this morning.
