My personal experience? I disagreed with the fact that they spend more money on PR than they do on their employee wages and I got blocked from their Facebook. Yes, because that’s how a “business” should be handled. And, Relyance, I’ve been waiting a year to say just that. Do better.
In a world of incompetency and rude customer service this location is an island of none of that. Very nice service. I hate to sound like a commercial but it's big bank funtability with small town niceness.
