I have had the worse experience trying to open a simple banking account so I could pay my bills, etc. It took me 9 days back and forth to the bank to be able to just get on line and find my account. Okay, 9 days, now I am on line and the first page is basically blank. With very little instruction. Kept clicking and reading and tells me now I have to set up a checking account. Where? This bank is trash!. I have 4 accounts and have been using this bank for almost 20 years Now. the online apps do not work. The people are rude and discourtious. They get mad when they have to do their job. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
