Well normally I have a pleasant experience but I went there today 5/17/22 at 5pm and got the rudest treatment I have ever gotten at my home bank. I don’t know her name but she was a younger white girl with glasses.when I got in the line all I needed was a check to make a withdrawal and a account balance and she made rude facial expressions and didn’t even let me finish my request before she clicked the screen over, so I pressed it again and then got a chance to ask her for my balance. It’s a bank. Better than some I’ve dealt with, and not as good as others. I have 2 accounts with Relyance and they’ve been good to me so far. I don’t foresee changing any time soon for lack of service. I do wish their local branch phone numbers were more readily available.
