Zero customer support during evenings and weekends. Multi level fees for a simple checking doesn't make sense. Phone application rarely works with error message "please check back". They also reduced their charitable giving in the communities they have a banking presence. Was it to offset their shiny new corporate building in White Hall? Who knows??

Well normally I have a pleasant experience but I went there today 5/17/22 at 5pm and got the rudest treatment I have ever gotten at my home bank. I don’t know her name but she was a younger white girl with glasses.when I got in the line all I needed was a check to make a withdrawal and a account balance and she made rude facial expressions and didn’t even let me finish my request before she clicked the screen over, so I pressed it again and then got a chance to ask her for my balance.
