Normally, I don't have any issues with Relyance Bank at the Hot Springs Village branch but recently I have had issues with one of the personnel there. I believe her name is Madeline. I had gone in to send a wire transfer to a legitimate business that I had bought some equipment off of. (I have sent plenty of these same types of transfers from a different bank, Navy Fed, without any problems).
