Have been waiting for my taxes and or status on what's going on with them over 2 months, the rep named Linda has been avoiding my calls, emails, etc. Their assistants keep giving me the run around. Nobody actually cares, services is way below standard. I will not recommend anyone doing their taxes in this location. If you want to do you taxes and never hear from these people again, well then this is the place to be, otherwise be smart and stay away from a place like this. I would refer anyone to this firm. I had some very difficult work that needed to be re-organized, corrected and resubmitted. Linda performed all of this worked with ease and courtesy. They will have to drag me away to get rid of me. Fantastic work in a short time.
