Very poor communication, broken promises regarding timelines, and a highly frustrating process. After five weeks, it see,ed they had not earnestly started my real estate transaction, let alone finished it. Out of frustration, I moved my file to Rockies Law (now Stringam), and they started and completed the entire transaction in just 7 days! The team is always great to deal with.
Called on a friday and left a message for a call back. No return call. Called following Thursday and they decline my realtor business because they were too busy. Edit... The fact that I got a response on this review, 4 years after the review is indeed interesting .
Not impressed with this firm. They do not return calls, do not follow up on emails, there is no communication. They are handling my father's estate and every interaction I have had has been negative.
Good experience. Smooth, easy.
