Not impressed with this firm. They do not return calls, do not follow up on emails, there is no communication. They are handling my father's estate and every interaction I have had has been negative.
Good experience. Smooth, easy.
Terrible experience. On Wednesday I called stating I needed a quick close and gave all the details to the receptionist, she placed me on a hold and returned to say that yes they could represent us. The following day I spoke with Kelly who confirmed the dates and informed me our lawyer would be Caoimhe Anderson. The lender sent instructions. Called on a friday and left a message for a call back. No return call. Called following Thursday and they decline my realtor business because they were too busy.
