I’ve not gotten my tax return after 6 months giving them chance afyer chance. I paid 185 dollars for nothing. I’ve expressed my situations I’ve been within since March of this year and no care or regard for what I have going on. Do not recommend.
This business deserves zero stars. I would highly recommend that no one use this company. I believe they are running a scam and I will definitely be pursuing legal action against them. I contacted Pamela who is the woman running the business, she was very communicative before she received payment for tax services. However, after I scheduled my appointment and sent payment, she bailed on my agreed upon appointment time, never tried to reschedule, and would ignore my calls, voice messages, and texts.
