Came to this spot with the request for a head, shoulders and neck massage. This was repeated on the phone when booking, in person at the front desk and at the start of the massage - the masseuse proceeded to ignore this and did a full back massage plus leg stretch at the end. The onus is on me for not having said it a fourth time and stopping the session but this was an overall uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. The place is clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The therapist is very professional with just the right pressure, making the whole experience so soothing and enjoyable. Great service and atmosphere – I felt completely refreshed after. Highly recommended!
