Great experience, had dry needling done which really did help with relieving pain in the targeted areas, left the session feeling much better.
I have a history of hip and back issues and have been to numerous physios and have had various sports massages over the years. I can honestly say that Sudip is the best by some way. On the initial visit, he took time to ask about the history of the issues I have had and previous treatment. I was expecting a standard sports massage but he actually done more that all the previous physiotherapists including giving me some exercises to do at home.
