Just had my second massage from Sudip at Reliefgy sport massage. Extremely knowledgeable man when it comes to the body and how the muscles work. I went to Sudip because I regularly suffer from bad backs and in general my lifestyle is very physical so everything I can do for recovery is well needed. After a quick verbal and physical examination, Sudip started the massage. I had terrible neck and shoulder pain. To the point where it was affecting my work, driving and even breathing. 2 sessions with Sudip and I feel like my old self. Can't recommend him enough!
