Adelaine is AMAZING! She uses just the right amount of pressure - firm enough to release tension but still incredibly relaxing. What really stood out for me was her fluid, seamless technique. Each movement flowed effortlessly into the next, creating a calming rhythm that allowed me to fully unwind. I left feeling both physically relieved and deeply relaxed. I highly recommend her and Relief Bodywork.
I absolutely love this place. So relaxing and I always feel better after a visit. Jenna and Adelaine are amazing. They all do a wonderful job.
Kylie is a wonderful masseuse, kind, funny, listens & she has helped me work through several tough knots over the years. She is flexible, knowledgeable & worth every penny. I would recommend Kylie every time.

I injured my back nearly 3 years ago and have tried PT, Dry Needling, Chiro, and nothing had really been helping. So I deciding to finally try massage therapy. Now I’ve been seeing Loretta for maybe 3 months and she’s already made amazing progress on my back. She’s so friendly and is amazing at what she does. I’d recommend her to anyone!
