I highly recommend Doug at Relics Crafted Spaces! After moving into my 100+ year-old farmhouse in Westminster, I quickly realized how dark my living room was because the front porch blocks so much of the natural light coming through the windows. I really wanted a storm door with windows so I could open the front door and bring more light into the room. Since the door opening in an old house like mine isn’t a standard size, I knew I would need something custom. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted the door to look li... read more

Stopped in to Relics over the weekend in search of a pair of matching wood doors. Not only was the inventory of doors great, the inventory of everything else was great too, and even better was the help I received from who I perceived to be the owner. Extremely helpful, friendly, and overall very knowledgeable. I will be returning soon with my wife when we dream up our next project. 10/10 recommend.

Relics took 300 square feet of old wide plank pine floors from my attic, planing and milling them into beautiful tongue and groove flooring for our old house under renovation. We've also found several old doors and hardware from their stock that will fit seamlessly in the house...such a wide selection. Highly recommend!

Doug and Eric were wonderful to work with the past 6 months while we designed the Farthings Ordinary Pub in Historic St. Mary's City, Maryland. They have rare reclaimed wood and provided many samples for our client to choose from. The selected woods included reclaimed barn wood and American Chestnut with domino joinery. We look forward to working with them on future projects. -W2W Design Studio
