Just got a ride for a few doctors appointments in the cities today. Fantastic driver named José. Friendly conversations and all around great and vigilant driver. Arrived for pickup and drop off on time. Even stayed in between appointments to be sure we wouldn’t be stranded or late to the next without prior scheduling. We’ve dealt with several transportation companies for the same appointments and have never been treated so well by any driver. Give this guy a raise!

I have not used this service but had an experience w a driver (car 33) where they drove uncomfortably close and were passing cars recklessly and driving at high speeds when not appropriate. Very unsafe!
The drivers for this company should file a class action lawsuit. Some do not get paid for months on end and are told "insurance didnt pay yet" ...when insurance DID pay. This company makes foreighn people look bad they are corrupt! Why the feds are not all over this i do not know!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have no idea how these people stay in business. We have a reoccurring trip set up each week and this company never shows up. We constantly have to call. They either never answer the phone or they answer, say they will call the driver, and then they never call back and the driver doesn't come either. Then they call an hour after the appointment and ask if the driver came. Well NO, he didn't, but how the heck do you not know this?!
