UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, NO COMPASSION, NO EMPATHY, AND DOWN RIGHT DISHONEST. There fleet is the same of SANFORD AND SON(junk). The people ANSWERING the phone are the same as ALL IN THE FAMILY (nasty attitudes)

Bad dad experience called me and said van had a flat I would be late sent some one to pick me up dropped me off wrong address drive told me I would have to walk to correct address she had other things to do I walked 3blocks called the company for pick up I was told I would have to walk back to drop off spot walked and waited 21/2 hours people health need to do better all around bad service

This is the most unorganized company I have ever seen!!!! What’s up with them not picking patients up before 8:30am ????? I didn’t know we had to make our doctor appointments for their convenience!!!!! WHAT’S GOING ON WITH THESE PEOPLE????? Peoples Health needs to find a more reliable company!!! This company is a joke!!

I requested transportation through my insurance company (People's Health) and gave them the date and time of my appointment. They hired Reliance transportation to pick me up. On the day of Reliance ask that you be ready 2 hour before your appointment and I figured they tell you that because for rheir more elderly clients. I was wrong. They picked me up 2 hours before and I had to wait in the lobby of my physical therapy office for my slot for an hour and a half.
