Mark the tax preparer, refused my phone calls and also never sent my tax information in. He then proceed to tell me that he did when I called the irs and the New York treasury they said they never recieved it. I finally got ahold of him and he told me he can email me my paper work for me to mail him. After I already paid him $600 to do my taxes. The business is a fraud.
